A statement from her representative Matthew Lacey, confirms the death of Gwyneth Powell. “She passed away peacefully, with her husband (Alan Leith) and niece at her bedside.” “Gwyneth will be greatly missed by her adoring family and friends along with her many fans from multiple TV appearances.” Her death left a hole in the TV show industry which she had been practicing for 53 years since 1969.
